Workshop Manager / Service Coordinator (M/F)

Currently, we are looking for a Workshop Manager / Service Coordinator who possesses the following qualities:

​

- Strong leadership skills.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering at MBO/HBO level.
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in Hydraulics.
- Customer-friendly and service-oriented.
- Motivational and coaching abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Creative and solution-oriented approach.
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

​

- Providing leadership and technical support to a team of 10 Service Engineers and Pipefitters working both on-site and off-site.
- Coordinating activities.
- Creating schedules.
- Direct communication with internal and external clients.
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Handling task completion.
